Dreams - Gloucester

I thought Shaun was great - very friendly and informative. Having already been to both Bensons and Furniture Village they did not have a bed to fit my needs (Narrow Ottoman), but having spoken with Shaun he showed me the options and I was loving the hydraulic option so much I went about £300 over my original budget, but ok with that as interest free offered.

We felt overwhelmed when we walked into the store as we haven't bought a bed and mattress for about 15 years and didn't know where to start. However the friendly staff transformed a potentially disasterous experience into a very pleasant one. Shaun took lots of time to listen to what we were looking for and then guided us to try (for as long as we wanted to) four mattresses he felt would meet our needs. He was spot-on as all were very good. He bought us refreshments and pillows then left us alone to try them for ourselves. He later returned to answer all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable and gave sound advice. Once we had decided on the mattress we wanted (one of the most expensive but this was completely our choice as Shaun gave us a good choice across a wide price range) he helped us to choose a bed. This was on line as the style we were looking for was not kept in the shop. Again he gave us lots of time to decide and although it was Sunday afternoon, he never rushed us and he would have had to stay late to finish up after we left. He also advised us on other products that could enhance the life of the mattress and pillows we bought. A superb salesman.

Having just been into Benson's for Beds we found that Shaun the Manager we dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, He briefly spoke to us on our entry and let us have a browse around, when we wanted more information he was straight to us to explain and impart his knowledge, excellent customer service.

Very informative and professional service

The salesman made himself know, and left me to browse and call him once i was ready. When I was ready he came immediately returned and thoroughly filled me in with his knowledge of the products he new.

Shaun was very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. He offered excellent advise after listening to our requirements. All the staff was happy and had a good sense of humour towards the customer and colleagues. I would definitely come again and request Shaun as a sales representative. We didn’t feel any pressure and he asked if we needed extra time to make a decision on choosing the products. He introduced himself and said to put your feet on the bed and relax and take our time. The store is very open and bright. We went next door to benson and beds and the staff are aren’t as good as the staff at dreams.

Assistant was very helpful without being obtrusive.
