Dreams - Gloucester

We had a 'rough' idea of what we were looking for - James was exceptionally helpful in helping us to decide our final purchase.

We own and run our own retail business so appreciate good service, both my wife and myself couldn't of been looked after better by Shaun, he is clearly very knowledgable and extreme polite and helpful. We found the experience very refreshing and great to see. We will be recommending the Gloucester branch of Dreams to anyone looking for a new bed. Shaun is a credit to your business. Mainly due to the colleague working in the store. Very attentive, lots of personality and genuine passion for what he was doing. Great member of staff.

James explained everything clearly and allowed me time to try the mattresses. Not pushy either allowing me to make up my mind which mattress suited me.

We were greeted at the door by Jay. Who took us round the store, explained everything well, offered drinks, took our order, was pleasant and knowledgeable.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff whose name was James. He put us at ease straight away and made us feel welcome to ask any questions we had and he answered them with full knowledge of the products. He listened to our needs and recommend products for us to try then gave us some space to discuss which bed we felt was right for us. Thank you James for your time and patience. We will be back to see James again soon as we still need two more beds.

Shaun was excellent in both is product knowledge and customer service.

Jacob Patel was extremely experienced with his knowledge of the beds and mattresses we wished to purchased. He showed us comparisons with the different mattresse choices and explained the quality and price ranges. Refreshments were offered to us.

Very good customer service and plenty of time to make choice without being pressured into buying.
