Dreams - Gloucester

We found the manager of the Gloucester store very attentive but gave us our space to browse the store, and came by to offer support and knowledge on mattresses. He even gave us the 'dream' experience, and we tried out pillows specific to our sleeping patterns when trying out mattresses, my boyfriend loved his and even bought it to take home. We purchased our mattress and was very happy with the delivery options and price.

Great sales person Jacob, knew lots about the products and gave us a great understanding of what we was buying. even offered a cup of tea.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We were offered refreshments and made to feel welcome. Good range of products to choose from and very helpful advice on what to choose for our needs.

Very quick and easy with the help of the shop assistant on hand. Dealt with the exact product that we required. Only fault was the mattress was not in stock.

James was brilliant!! He found us exactly what we wanted and I couldn’t be more happy. Today is the day of my delivery and I am so excited that I’m awake and filling this questionnaire in at 5.30am. The store was clean and tidy and the coffee we were given was a very nice little touch. James put no pressure on us to buy on the day as we ended up deciding on a bed which was more than we had anticipated spending. After a few days to think about what we wanted to do we returned to buy. We will be recommending Dreams to all our friends and family.
