James the assistant was so nice, friendly and helpful. It made our mattress shopping easy and stress free.

Jay was an absolute diamond! He took his time with me and really listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. I didn't feel pushed to order straight away with him. He also let me trial out some pillows to make sure the mattress was the right one. Thank you!

Jay was the colleague that help us find what we were looking for he was brilliant, he helped find what we were looking for and also helped us pick out the right mattress for us. Very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable assistant. Did not push us into anything and gave us plenty of time to try out the various mattresses. He was available to assist us when we wanted assistance but didn't hover over us. A very pleasant experience.

The staff were all very helpful but not intrusive thus allowing us the freedom to make our own decisions without interference. They then clarified specific issues when we asked questions about our options. Throughout the process the staff were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and, importantly, humorous. Superb service! I found the staff friendly but not overpowering, with good clear advice and with a detailed understanding of the products. I was allowed to take as long as I needed to see all the products with the member of staff nearby but in no way intrusive. Everything was explained professionally and if I needed to ask a question the member of staff had all the necessary facts to hand.

James in the Gloucester store was amazing. We had previously placed an order over the phone on Tuesday to pick up Friday for our move. On Wednesday the Cardiff store called us to say we could no longer pick up our order and the earliest delivery slot was mid June. We cancelled our order and were looking at buying a mattress from somewhere else. We popped into the Gloucester store on the off chance that something would be available and James couldn’t help us enough. He chatted us through the options of similar mattress that were available sooner and we ended up with a great mattress which happened to be clearance so not only could we pick it up on Friday it was also a steal!! James even threw in a couple of extra deals for a new duvet and pillows

sales person was helpful and knowledgeable but not overpowering in his sales talk. He gave us plenty of time to consider and left us to chat with each other or continue looking. We spent over 2 hours deliberating which mattress to buy and received sound advice and a friendly service.

In the original instance we were specifically looking at two products and both were in stock. The sales team were helpful but never intrusive and when neither product turned out to be exactly what we were looking for a substitute was suggested, that we subsequently purchased. As a retail experience it was pretty painless, which is a novelty these days
