The shop assistant Jay was very helpful and offered us a drink. He checked on us regularly and came straight over when we were ready to order. He answered our questions easily and professionally. The order process was quick and straight forward- he was helpful without pushing extra cost at us. He also stayed past closing time to complete our deal as my mum bought a mattress after my order and he was happy to stay and help - thank you. My mum is disabled and would have struggled to return at a different time.

I was highly satisfied because the lovely gentleman took his time to help me with all my questions and was very patient and was offered a drink which was lovely

The manager of the shop Shaun was very helpful friendly professional, he is the reason we choose to buy in the shop, because he was so attentive and kind and personable, we came back the next day.

Was able to try as many mattresses as i liked and was given a cloud pillow so i could keep that variable the same. The firmness ranking was equal through out the store so made finding the right firmness easy.

We were attended to quickly, efficiently and effectively and placed our order satisfactorily.

Shaun was brilliant. We were looking around the beds and he approached us. Asked us what we were looking for and explained in very quality detail the different matresses on offer for price and comfort. He even asked how my partner and I sleep and he was able to give a in depth information and provide the right pillow for our sleep. AMAZING!! When we led on the bed is was great because it was perfect for how we slept and that blew our minds at Shauns knowledge and Customer Service. He also let us get on with trying out the pillows on different matresses and didnt pester us and talk about all the products, he just let us find the one we liked and gave us in depth knowledge on the product we were most comfortable and happy with. Whilst going through the payment process Shaun offered us coffee and half way through the booking I needed evidence of moving into a new build. This was at 1730 and so I rushed back home to get the evidence where Shaun was amazing and stayed behind after work to let me complete the order so we could get the delivery date we needed, otherwise this was a problem. So he was outstanding in service and stayed behind after hours to meet a customers needs! AMAZING

There was no pressure from the sales assistant, very polite, informative and was interested in our needs. Was not trying to push us into buying something we did not want but helped us find what we needed

Extremely happy with the knowledge and time Shaun Gomes spent with us choosing the correct products for us.
