The assistant Jason who works at your Gloucester store was extremely patient and knowledgeable while at the same time quickly made my family feel at easy. There was no pressure to purchase. He was friendly and put us all at ease. We were allowed to spend as much time as necessary to make our final decision and this would not have been an easy process without his help. He is a real asset to your team.

The sales person introduced himself, but was not intrusive as we walked around. We asked him for assistance and what our limiting factors are with our purchase and he showed us our options within Dreams. He wasn’t pushy and there was no hard sell, and he was very knowledgeable of the products. Well done!

I was given free rein to try as many beds as I liked. Jay took time to explain the colour coding system and even gave me a proper pillow to use. He offered advice when asked but really did leave me to get on with it. There was no pressure sales technique just a friendly smile and a much needed glass of water (the day was very warm). My partner ended up buying the pillow that was suggested for him to use! I am looking forward to taking delivery of my new bed and mattress!

Efficient service but not hassled

The whole process was simple and everything was explained to us very clearly. After some initial explanation we were able to take our time and ask for assistance when we were ready.

The assistant was extremely helpful with explanations on the various types of mattresses available, guiding us to the right mattresses for us.

As always terrific quality and choice of products at Dreams. Also how kind, friendly and attentive the Gloucester store staff always are. They listen to what your needs are and as a disabled person this really matters. For example, I mentioned in passing some health issues but much later the salesman kindly made a swop to my free mattress cover as he had taken on board all I had said and he realised the standard bedding would not be beneficial for me. I had no idea but he was quite right. Amazing attention to detail. Also despite being in the store past closing time, we were in no way hurried in our decisions. Great customer service . Thank you.
