Dreams - Gloucester

We were given time to browse without being hassled. After a short while we were advised that they were there when we needed them but that they wouldn't be pestering us around the store. As soon as we were ready to speak to an assistant Jay was there ready to help and could tell us everything we needed to know. Friendly helpful and just a very nice person not at all pushy. We found what we were looking for at a very good deal, leaving us all round happy customers.

I arrived at the store thinking that it would take a very long time to find what I wanted, and as I looked around he store I was lost as I looked a all the products. I didn't know where to start. The assistant was extremely helpful and helped me to make a shortlist and gave me plenty of time to try out beds and think about them. He explained mattress types very clearly and helpfully.

Exceptional customer service. Product knowlage and speed of service from staff was great. The price we were given for all the items we purchased was excellent. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

Served by Jay and he had a happy friendly approach. Good knowledge and efficient.

Michelle at the Gloucester branch helped me and my husband. I was pretty blown away by her service. She listened carefully to our needs and to the reason why we wanted a new mattress and I felt she truly understood what we wanted. I was being rather indecisive between two mattresses and at no point did she get irritated or fed up with me, and I wouldn't have blamed her if she had. She was far more patient with me than my husband was 🙄🤣. She truly made me feel that she was invested in me making the right choice. She made sure that what I tried would mimic the base I had at home and moved mattresses to ensure this would happen. My children were made to feel welcome and I felt that they were no bother and the staff were happy to have them in the shop. This took so much pressure off me and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. I don't know his name but the man in the shop was also supportive and helpful. Wonderful staff. Dreams should be proud of them!!

The store was busy and evidently understaffed with only two staff available and both clearly busy serving others. Despite this, they made time to ensure that those of us waiting were comfortable and that they would be with us ASAP. Although rushed and busy, the colleague who served me (Jay) took the time to ensure I was fully informed on what the process for my purchase would be, we checked pillows and other accessories that I may be interested in and went through the range of financing options, extras, delivery options and guarantees before placing my order. Jay was very well informed and clearly knew the products and made me feel confident that I was being treated well.
