Dreams - Gloucester

This is the second time I have purchased a bed from dreams and each time I found the staff very helpful and knowledgable

Jay and his female colleague were helpful without being pushy they new the products they were selling well. They actually wanted to help and enhance the difficult experience of a couple choosing a mattress.

My sales rep was very helpful and not overpowering or salesy.

We were given a general explanation of the mattresses and how they varied. We were shown how to choose a mattress that was right for us. Our needs were considered but not in a pushy hard sell way - always checking if we wanted help.

Jay was extremely welcoming and helped talk me through what bed was right for me. He also made the whole process as painless as possible, explaining the purchase process extreamly clearly.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. There when you needed him but not too pushy. Very polite.

The store assistant 'Sean' was more than helpful, he knew all his products and explained all the processes clearly and I left feeling great about my purchase.

It was the second sales person Shaun who sealed the deal by going that extra bit by explaining more about the beds and different types. He spent a lot time helping me find the right bed for me. He also gave me a pillow to try. He wasn’t pushy.

We were approached by a sales person and when I explained that I had looked on line before visiting the store and knew what sort of mattress I was looking for he immediately pointed me to what I needed. I was shown several and invited to try them. After making my choice finalising the payment and getting the available discounts was quick and easy. The salesman was very friendly and courteous.

When we walked into the dreams store we were greeted with a nice hello with a smile . Shaun the assistant was more than helpful he explained the difference in the filling of several mattresses in easy terms and how they work ,which was most helpful as we didnt have a clue . even offered us a coffee . I would say the experience of first time shopping at dreams store was 100% enjoyable and yes i will be shopping there again maybe for my bedroom furniture . many thanks for all the help we got and now looking forward to dreamy nights sleep
