Salesman Taku was very knowledgeable with the product's and answered all our questions in order to make our decision so much easier. He was very efficient and fully understood our needs. This along with refreshments made our visit to the store an alround enjoyable experience.

Liked the Bed fitting system, which was clearly explained to us in advance. The assistant (James) took the time to go through each option individually with us and explained the pros/cons of each with respect to our needs. Very good service
