Shaun was very helpful, he explained the differences between the different types of mattresses and the advantages and disadvantages of each type. He was very knowledgeable regarding the firmness and supportiveness of each bed type. He was able to match our sleep type to a mattress that matched what we needed. He even provided a specific pillow for each of us and made sure we tried out each mattress. We were then given time to peruse on our own and make a decision we were happy with. This was just the sort of guidance I was looking for.

Jay that helped us at the Gloucester branch was very helpful and friendly! He made me an amazing hot chocolate! Jay gave us some advice on pillows and said that the mattress we had chosen was the right one for our needs! I can’t wait for our mattress to arive now!

Very good customer service, nothing was too much trouble and everything was clearly explained. Jay from Gloucester store dealt with our sale, he was welcoming, didn't want to pest us and was so patient with the amount of time we took testing out every mattress! He then made us a delicious coffee and processed our order. A Genuine chap and a credit to the company.

We were served by SHAUN, a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. He made us most welcome and answered all our questions promptly.

2 members of staff were very help full made us feel comfterable in our surrounding very informative but did not feel we were talking to a sales rep more like talking to a friend not to persanal nor pushey must say we did take a long time looking and trying everything lam not very good at shopping but l was very inpressed with the service no pressure we called at another shop first must say it put me off we were passing dreams on our way home when we thought we will give it a try the best move we ever made in a couple of weeks l will be taking my mother who whants a new bed theres a lot more l would like to say but as lam sure you can see lam not very good at putting my thought and appinoin in writing lam better at talking than writing but lam really happy with my expirace thank you

I wanted a particularly soft mattress and was given a great many to choose from, with lots of advice. I also needed advice on the type of bed and storage.

Customer service from Shaun was faultless, we were very impressed. The range of mattresses and bed frames on offer (we were looking for both) was wide ranging and, even though we were looking for a less commonly chosen width of bed, the store had plenty of mattresses that fit. Very happy with the experience
