Lets just say you have a sales person with the right sort of personality for the job. He gives you all the information and options you need to make your own choice without the slightest pressure. (Not necessary, but he also has a good sense of humour.)

The sales assistant ,Jay, was extremely helpful. He suggested &^ offered a pillow similar to the one I use at home to help assess the various beds

The staff were very very polite and attentive without giving any hassle. We were able to look around the store at our leisure but the staff were on hand to answer questions. We were given plenty of time to decide on our purchase without any hassle.

It's easy to find what you want, and the staff was there to help you if you had any questions

Walked in and explained our problem. Was asked the right question in my view to understand us better. Then showed a good amount of beds to tell the difference between them. Was left alone to make a decision.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received whilst visiting your Gloucester Store at the weekend. We only went to the shop to view a bed and ended up leaving buying a Tempur mattress as well. This was not due to a pushy salesperson but down to the fact that Shaun(validation code 193) who served us was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, gave us all the options to consider and then in our own time we came to a decision. He was great to deal with very patient and is a real asset to your store. He was also fantastic at interacting with my 8 year daughter. Thumbs up all round.

Entering the store was a delight as greeted politely. Were made aware that help was available if/when needed. Found the product I liked and the colleague had very good product knowledge. This provided me with confidence in looking in more detail at the item. Purchasing the item was a stress-free process. Was offered a hot or cold drink and felt relaxed. Delivery information was explained very clearly and the transaction went smoothly. Very greatful for all the help and guidance I was given. Would defiantly recommend.
