Very simple to answer on our three visits to decide on a bed and mattress over the past few months the customer service was impeccable, friendly, knowledgable, yet most importantly not pushy staff make it a great shopping experience

The shop assistant "Alan" was very helpful and informative of the products and advised us on purchases where we were unsure. Highly satisfied with his help during the purchase and the speed that the purchase was sorted.

The first visit to store as Cheltenham store has closed, we called in advance to ensure this store stocked what we were after. We were well pleased with the visit and Jay was super helpful, friendly and pleasant. Please ensure you pass on our gratitude as he was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy which we really appreciated as we had originally planned to go to Bristol and visit a competitor, because of the service we received we made the purchase there and then.

I placed my order on my second visit to Dreams. At my first visit a gentleman explained all the different qualities of mattresses and gave very useful information.Although I didn't purchase a mattress on that occasion , I decided I would buy from Dreams

Bought a bed from The Peel Centre depot in Gloucester. Found Michelle to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Very thorough in everything she did. A credit to Dreams.
