The gentleman who served us (Shaun) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us advise on the beds then left us with colour swatches and details on choice of headboards so my daughter didn't feel under any pressure to make a decision.

Staff very friendly and helpful, on all 3 occasions we attended the store. Took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommend suitable products. We then wanted to make a change to the colour of the bed, this was processed quickly and efficiently with no issues.

It was quick and easy to decide and order

The store manager in charge suggested a bed to me that was long lasting and would improve my current sleep pattern.

Excellent knowledge, was able to answer all our questions, and recommended us to use a different pillows as we both suffer with back pain and it’s all down to the way you rest your head as well as your back and body. Well presented store, and great coffee.

The store manager gave us so much time experience and knowledge allowing us to choose the right bed for our needs.The man who looked after us is a massive asset to your company he was kind and polite making us feel eased to making our decision.
