Dreams - Gloucester

Our assistant gave us exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful, Michelle was very friendly offering us drinks and giving us thinking time, she was extremely professional.

My wife and I visited the Gloucester Dreams store as we went to look at the variety of the mattresses. Shaun approached us to ask if we were looking for anything particular. We advised him of what our criteria was and soon he had directed us in the area of the type of mattress we were looking for and gave us some good pointers for what to look for. Thanking Shaun for his time and satisfied with our choices we went next door to Bensons Beds to compare pricing etc. From the minute we walked through the door we were asked question after question and offers of discounts to buy before Christmas. My wife and I felt uncomfortable testing only 2 mattresses and made our exit. We both walked back into Dreams and went back to testing the mattresses we previous looked at. We requested Shaun's' assistance again and from his professional sales manner, knowledge and understanding of our customer needs, he directed us to a quality of mattress we bought. Would I recommend Dreams of Gloucester? Yes, and thanks to Shaun we decided to buy from your company. Excellent service and professional sales advise perfect, Thank you.

Was helped by a lovely man named Shaun at Gloucester who allowed my 9 year old son to try all the beds, asked us questions about how he slept to ensure we had suitable supportive pillows to meet his needs and ensured we were given adequate time to look at mattresses properly. Came away with everything we needed and very happy. Friendly, helpful service.
