Dreams - Gloucester

The whole time we spent at the Dreams Gloucester store we were treated very well by the staff, specially by Shaun who took the time to really helps us choose the right mattress for us. We were impressed by the friendly service - we were made to feel at home, literally.

Found what we wanted and received help in store by the friendly staff

Shaun was very attentive and knowledgeable but also knew when to leave us time to consider the products. He got the balance of service just right, knew the products and had an extremely pleasant manner. His customer service couldn't have been better.

Initially it was very difficult to get help as dreams prides itself in not reccomending products But in doing this the customer does not have a clue where to start or what to go for Luckily for us Jason came over and explained how it works got me and my husband trying out beds and explaining why one is more suited than another due to our size, male,female etc ultimately it was our choice and we narrowed it down to 2 Jason was the only one that helped us you need to get your staff to interact with the customer more I’m not saying tell them to tell us what to buy but at least help us to understand the differences between the mattresses he is the reason we bought instead of walking out Unsatisfied and totally lost I have done this several times in your shop and I would have done it again had Jason not helped us that day.

The advisor was attentive and friendly and not at all pushy.... I did not feel like I had to make a purchase, we felt like he was more interested in helping us make the right decision for us...

Busy sales day and the lady serving us after just returning from maternity leave added the extra personal assistance required, not treated just as another customer. Thanks Gary and Karen
