The sales assistant Alan at Dreams Gloucester (PEEL CENTRE) was extremely knowledgeable, patient, calm and helpful

It was a very easy process help by your staff

We entered the store and were greeted by Alan who then left us to browse for a while before approaching - personally we feel this is a good approach as we don't like being "jumped on" as soon as we enter a store. Alan answered questions when asked, left us alone to browse and checked in with us occasionally - we felt this created the right balance of service and space when needed.

From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted by a member of staff. The time spent showing me your products was satisfying as was the description.

Excellent service and the knowledge the staff member had. Explained everything in detail.

The colleague Alan was polite and listened to what we wanted. He gave us help and advice and then left us alone to look at products. When we had further questions he was able to answer them fully and helped us to make an informed decision. We did not feel pressured at any but we felt ably assisted by someone who knew the products thoroughly.

The last bed that we bought was from Dreams and we were very pleased, so we new that we would get good service from Dreams, and we have. We had excellent service From Alan the sales man, he was very knowledgable and left us on our own to discus what we wanted to do. He work out different options on what to get and gave us plenty of time to make our decisions, no rush at all.

The lady who helped us Michelle was super helpful and knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. She couldn't of been better and was a wonderful sales assistant, gave us lots if information while not being pushy and was excellent.

Great friendly service. Shaun, was very knowledgeable about all the products he felt met our requirements making choosing the right products quick and easy.
