Immediate polite greeting when entering the store, excellent product knowledge, ease of sales talk, no sales pressure, given plenty time to make decision on purchase, sat down with a drink and discussed pending purchase at ease, highly satisfied with sales assistant felt totally at ease discussing purchases. Would highly recommend this store, thank you.

BRILLIANT SERVICE FROM EXCELLENT ASSISTANT ALAN, NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE

JAY the assistant provided an appropriate level of service, was knowledgable, resourceful. There was a good range of beds. Parking was easy.

We were really pleased with the service overall. We went into the shop with hardly any knowledge of what we wanted in a mattress but Shaun helped us understand what we really needed to suit us. He also gave us tips on how to look after the mattress, what pillows we should be using and just general handy information. He then left us to try out the mattresses and make a decision. When we came to purchase he was there and willing to help, everything was very smooth. It was a very pleasurable experience.

Shaun was very efficient, polite and helpful wihout being pushy. He explained the necessary information about changing my mind and the various things I needed to know about delivery and the options to have the bed made up or the old one removed.

The member of staff Jay ws very helpful, he gave us plenty of time to decide on which mattress we liked best and gave us lots of useful advice.

Shaun was absolutely brilliant. We went in feeling very confused about what type of mattress we were after and left feeling very happy with our purchase. He was full of knowledge, not pushy and left us time to look on our own. Shaun was the reason we bought at Dreams instead of going next door to Benson's for beds.

The representative had a huge knowledge of his product. (im sorry that I do not have his name to hand ) I felt I had his full attention and felt appreciated as a customer . He allowed me time to make up my mind . I did not feel pressurised at all

Alan the assistant in the store was extremely knowledgeable of the product. I was very impressed with him. He was also not to pushy.
