The employee who dealt with us was extremely pleasant. He was very well informed about the product. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the advice was what was best for us, not the most expensive. Competence shown throughout the sale process.

I went to a few different companies to look for beds and I went back and purchased from dreams as the staff seemed the most professional and the layout of the store was nice and easy and explained to me.

Alan took his time to understand what we wanted and did not pester us but was there when we had a question. His knowledge and experience showed in spades. Well done an asset to your company. If only every buying experience was half as good.

I went to a rival store next door and was not approached by a member of staff. On entering Dreams my 7yr old daughter and I were greeted by Shaun who provided excellent service. He listened to my needs and went through all options for a mattress without being pushy. He was polite and courteous, smart in appearance and had a lovely manner. Coffee was a nice touch and my daughter enjoyed the hit chocolate!

The store was quiet but not desolate. The staff may not have been busy but looked happy to be there. The approach was fairly timed and the conversation was professional and helpful. The knowledge came across to be sincere. Often sales people make details up to fill the gaps. This professional was honest and made attempts to hide any information. All the products types that we wanted to see were available in the store so we could interact and rate the quality. The place was tidy and the cups within which we were served coffee were clean. The coffee was offered and made by our sales professionals colleague and it was especially good to see two colleagues supporting each other and not in a rivalry for the business. I am a sales training professional and I enjoyed this experience. Well done! A huge improvement on a story I could tell you about one of your sales assistants many years ago. In fact, that previous experience put us off your store for quite some time. Now I can promise that we will consider your store again. I personally like to build loyalties with retailers, so I do hope that the rest of this experience will live up to the standard already set to provide a seamless one!

Alan, was well informed about the products and encouraged us to sample various ones to help us make a decision. He did not try to directly influence our decision making, but gave us sufficient information about each product and time to consider, so we could make up our own minds

Muhibul Islam assisted me as soon as I walked though the door. He listened clearly to what I wanted and showed me the best products. He wasn't pushy at all which I liked. He had great knowledge and allowed me to take my time deciding what I wanted.

First class service from start to finish, not the cheapest around but I believe you only get what you pay for, well done to you all at dreams extremely satisfied from start to finish.
