Sophie was knowledgable and made the experience quick and relatively painful !

Great service from Sophie. She listened to our needs and then showed us a range of mattresses to try out and helped us pick the right one for us.

We were in a rush and we were dealt with quickly with all questions answered. We would have liked a discount but ordered anyway as we wanted the product. I don't like that there is always an offer and just a chance that it's on what you want. We weren't able to wait for an offer. That put me off but didn't stop me buying the child bed which is needed now!!

Alan was superb. Very knowledgeable, gave great advice yet still allowed me to make the decision. Smooth process, quick transaction. Cannot fault him or dreams service on the day of purchase.

We were very well served by Sophie who was new to the store but appeared to know her products. She was also very good at leaving us to select that which we wanted but full of information when asked.

Friendly staff who were very sociable, the member of staff wasn't over helpful, he allowed us time to ponder but was nearby in case we wanted him. He was clearly advising us based on what we wanted rather than what he wanted to sell us.

Shaun, the Store Manager was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Due to this we did not even consider going to Benson's next door.

Great help and support on choosing the right bed and mattress for us. Straight forward sensible answers to questions (not blinded by facts and figures). A great experience.

Great customer service, time taken to discuss and explain our needs. Also left to try out beds but also shown good alternatives based on our needs. Sales not too pushy but still helped us get everything that we wanted.

We were served by Alan in your Gloucester branch of dreams, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. We explained what we wanted and he showed us the best way for us to choose our bed, even when he was interrupted by a very rude customer whilst still helping us he was professional. he showed also only showed us what we had budgeted for.
