The assistant Alan was very helpful and informative with all the different types of mattresses and also left us in between each one for us to discuss between ourselves!

The friendliness of the staff really made this experience a positive one. The lady that helped me was in her first week and tried so hard to be of assistance to me, I was impressed by her customer service and non pushy sales tactics.

A cheerful welcome . Time allowed for us to look at the products without being presurised. Quick and efficient ordering . A very affable and knowledgeable assistant helped with our purchase. An excellent price for the bed we wanted.

We were able to find the products we wanted very easily and for those we were a little unsure about, we were given fantastic service by your representative Shaun in the Gloucester store. Shaun made us feel very relaxed and reassured in his product knowledge....plus he gave us a great cup of coffee each (me and my wife)!!!

The manager was very patient. And knowledgeable. And had a lovely smile .
