Served by louise she answered my questions and helped me choose the right mattress for my needs and diferrent options on the base she also suggested a pillow that would help my posture. Very helpful i said i had to go somewhere else before i made my decision and that i would call back later. When i returned louise was doing an order for another customer so ian served me and i made my purchases including the two pillows i found both members of staff very hepful.

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful but not pushy .Giving the time to come to a decision. Unlike Bensons next door

We have previously purchased a mattress from Dreams which lasted a good number of years. We, more recently, purchased an ottoman bed and were very impressed with both the delivery and with the assembly of the bed. The men were efficient and courteous which left us with a good impression. This was probably key in our decision to revisit Dreams for a new mattress rather than another store. Staff in the store are friendly and helpful and not at all ‘pushy’. Would definitely be happy to recommend.

The overall experience of buying the bed was made extremely easy and enjoyable due mainly to a very helpful store colleague.

The salesman, Shaun, was not at all pushy but very knowledgeable. He clearly understood our requirements and recommended products accordingly. He was friendly and polite and courteous without being over bearing. You won our business due to his customer service.

I entered the store with the intention of possibly purchasing a new bed and mattress, and not having done so for a good few years I was unsure of what to expect. The level of service I received was, I felt, very good indeed. I was served by a nice friendly chap by the name of Shaun, who made me feel relaxed and under no pressure to buy and gave me all the information and details I required. He encouraged me to try out the beds as I would use them at home and brought a selection of pillows over for me to try using as well. He even made me a very nice cup of coffee. I eventually settled on a bed and mattress I wanted and Shaun took me through the purchase and explained all the options to me. All in all, it was actually quite a pleasurable experience and I would certainly recommend the store to friends and family.
