The assistance and service we received was knowledgeable and considerate of our requirements. Not over powering or pushy, but available as and when we needed assistance. Making the whole buying experience a pleasurable one.

Both Alan and Shaun were very welcoming and informative. They were both very helpful and weren't pushy salesmen. We weren't pressured at all and instead feel like we were educated and allowed to make the best decision for us.

Staff were extremely helpful, had good product knowledge, were prompt to offer assistence

Shaun was very knowledgable, and spent time explaining the differences in the products, in order to ascertain what we required

The store manager approached me & explained how everything worked or. The colour coded system etc. But was not pushy & left me to browse

I popped into the store on the off chance and Alan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy. He understood what I was looking for, gave good advice when asked, didnt try and sell me something I didnt want/need and was happy to give me space. Consequently, I made a very quick purchase!

Friendly efficient staff, made us feel that our custom was important. We had been out of the house for 2 hrs. and were so pleased to be offered a drink. We didn' t get hassled when we were looking round.

Knowledge of product by sales assistant was good Not pushy to sell item Prices very reasonable Only down side was length of time to wait for delivery

The assistant was friendly and took time with us to understand our needs and offer products that met these. She was patient while we mused between options and then talked us through ordering options. There was no hanging around waiting for service and we felt like valued customers.
