Attentive and knowledgeable staff and I did not feel rushed to make a decision

We were able to buy a bed and mattress to suit our needs

Was looked after very well by Michelle and Louise. Everything explained and set out very well.

The guy who showed us round was so lovely. His name was Jay. He was very honest, didn’t pester and had a laugh with us

Louise greeted us with a smile on arrival and assisted all the way through to completion of purchase. She and her colleague were extremely helpful on our visit to the store and cant wait to take delivery in a couple of weeks. Thanks guys Gem & Alex

Excellent in store service. Weren't hassled by staff but were assisted when we wanted help. Used new machine to assess our sleeping positions etc to aid mattress selection. Shaun was very knowledgeable and helpful. Pointed us in the right direction regarding available products and then gave us as much time as we needed to make our selection - advising us along the way as necessary. A very pleasant experience.

We popped in just to have a look as we're planning on going to a few stores but Louise and the store manager made the process so easy there was no point us going from store to store. We told Louise we we're looking for a beige/champagne coloured bed with high headboard, super king, no foot panel and it must have Ottoman storage. She walked us straight over to the exact bed then helped us pick the mattress using the sleep simulator. The original matress was approx £3k and we we're thinking of trying an eve first but then Louise and the store manager showed us the different Tempur mattress's and got one which felt the same but was £800 less. They also included some free items but we're pushy about selling add on items. They made the whole process really easy and I think we we're in there no more than about 30 mins with a new bed on order. I would highly recommend Dreams but in particular what made it for us was Louise and the store manager so we would recommend seeing Louise to our friends.
