Dreams - Gloucester

Your colleague, Jay, was on the telephone when I arrived in store, but came to find me as soon as he was free. I had done some research on your website before my visit, but I like to be able to see the items and to ask questions before making a purchase, especially such a big ticket item. Jay answered all my questions fully and honestly, which I appreciate. I was made to feel welcome and there was no awkwardness being a single lady. I already am a returning customer and wouldn't hesitate to use Dreams again in the future.

The Sales man Jay at the Gloucester Branch 193. Very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant personality, made to feel welcome without being pushy. We went in to look at Hypnos beds Jay explained the difference between the beds and showed us alternatives but the Hypnos bed wasn’t firm enough. He also provided a pillow similar to the one I use at home and we tried out at least 6 mattresses until we found one we liked. Definitely recommend Dreams, we had gone on a recommendation. Excellent service

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who knew their product inside out. Answered all our questions clearly and left us feeling very well informed. Gave us plenty of time to test products and think about our options without feeling in any way pressured. Guided through the whole purchase process quickly and effortlessly and the delivery procedure clearly explained, which is second to none. Cannot fault a thing and thank you very much Jay for all your help.

We were assisted by Jay. he, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. our shopping experience was relaxed and we were able to take our time. The bed comfort test was interesting and I think it made it a lot easier to choose a suitable mattress. I explained what I was looking for in terms of materials used and Jay made it very easy to find what I was looking for. I also like that we have a 30 day test period and that if the mattress does not prove suitable we are able to change it between days 30 and 40.

Shaun was a fantastic member of staff. He really helped us, he listened to us and advised us, we never felt pressured or felt that he was pushy.

Shaun the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, precise, consice,polite, a pleasure to deal with, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Bed was delivered on specified day, by two very polite chaps, was carried upstairs, had plastic shoe protectors,very professional, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
