Super helpfull and friendly, worked through options and aimed only to get us just what we needed

Taku provided an excellent service and experience from the beginning and throughout the process in store. He was professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. One thing that stood out was his attentiveness to details, specifically he remembered the pillows we used when we returned for a second visit later that day, for example. It was Taku's excellent service that helped us find he right product for us and gave us confidence to buy it from Dreams.

I could not fault the service I received from Shaun at Dreams in Gloucester. After assessing the type of mattress to suit me I was shown and could try out a range from budget to higher end. He was very knowledgeable, patient, polite, friendly and could explain everything about the products I wished to purchase. As I am moving house and unsure of dates Dreams could also hold my order for up to 3 months which was a great help. I'm hoping the bed and mattress I purchased will last a few years so will have no need to return to Dreams for a while but I would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family and the 10 out of 10 service I received from Shaun.

The chap welcombed us at the door, explained the machine for working out the correct bed. Explained the layout of the shop. Put us a at ease and the not hound us all the time. He gave us space when I was talking to my wife. He showed us all the bad your system recomended and elpained the benifits of each type. No pressure selling but obviously knew his produce. Very professional throughout.

Shaun at the Gloucester store was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Our assistant was Taku. He was helpful and informed but not pushy or overwhelming. We went into the store without any previous knowledge of mattresses and found his assistance invaluable.

The store was very busy but Shaun the Store Manager (Gloucester) was highly welcoming and attentive between serving many customers at one time. It took over two hours to get to an outcome due to the business of the store which was not convenient but the customer service Shaun provided inclined us to stay in store to get what we had come for. He also sourced a bed frame that was not in store to suit our needs

My wife and I went to dreams in Gloucester and on entering the store could see it was quite busy but plenty of room to move around. Although plenty of sales assistants milling around we where not approached ( a very nice touch) but it soon became apparent we needed some help in choosing the right mattress so we approached a sales assistant who turned out to be very knowledgeable about the products He took us over to the computerised bed used to find the correct mattress then took us round trying out the mattress

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and well looked after. Because of previous experiences of bad mattress buys, we wanted to take our time finding the right bed and Dreams staff allowed us to do that without making us feel under pressure to hurry and make a purchase. On our second visit, we spoke briefly to another salesman with some questions re our potential purchase, (our man was busy, but came to us the minute he was free), and this man too was extremely helpful. We did go next door to another bed company and left without looking properly because as the experience was completely the opposite. Dreams have got their customer service spot on, attentive, helpful but not in the slightest pushy.
