Shaun was very knowledgeable and very very helpful. He was attentive without being super pushy, which always puts me off in a store. Would definitely seek him out again.

Jay was extremely helpful, boyth on this visit and when we saw him in the store some weeks ago when we were considering a purchase. We specifically returned to Gloucester Store because of his customer service, even though the Cribbs Causeway store is nearer to us.

Our Dreams Colleague, Shaun, was highly attentive to our needs whilst allowing us plenty of time to make the decision which mattresses were right for ourselves and our children. We were invited to try out the Dreams bed analyser, which was a very relaxing experience, to assist with our choice making. Once we had decided on the right mattresses, Shaun was very attentive to our delivery timescale requirements and talked us through our options for this and recycling of old mattresses.
