I was served by a gentleman called Jay, he was very friendly and understanding, his knowledge about the products and a persons needs when buying a mattress was excellent. I didn’t feel pressured and I was able to take my time until I made a decision I was happy with.

The member of staff called Jay was extremely helpful during our visit. He was attentive and friendly and helped us for a long time ensuring we chose the right mattress. He offered very good advice throughout making the experience very good. Best experience we've ever had buying a mattress.

Shaun was incredibly helpful. After visiting every bed store in the area (and further) I had accepted I was looking at spending £6k plus just on a mattress, and even then it wasn’t the perfect mattress for me. But after talking to Shaun and him taking the time to understand my needs and concerns we found my perfect mattress, we had to move mattresses onto different beds, but with his patience we got there! I also ordered a new bed to get the most out of the mattress. After going home and looking at our bedroom again I decided the bed we had originally ordered wasn’t quite right, I phoned the store back and in less than 5 minutes we swapped the bed for a different one I am very excited about receiving. A very stress free process. I cannot wait to get our new bed and mattress and get a proper nights sleep again. Very very impressed by Dreams. I will definitely be recommending Dreams to family and friends.

Very friendly and knowledgeable assistant . No hold ups or delays

Upon arrival we were greeted by the sales assistant “Jay”. We explained what we were looking for and he took the time to assess our requirements completely. He guided us through the process of selecting the right bed and mattress and nothing was too much trouble. The service and the products were excellent and I was particularly impressed with the computer generated assessment of how we splept on the mattress. We left the store very happy and impressed with the whole process. As a side note, we both felt that the level of customer care given was well above that given in any other shop or outlet.

Shaun took time to explain options to me. At no time did I feel as though he was trying to sell me something for the sake of it: rather I felt that he was trying to help me solve some problems with my existing uncomfortable mattress. I did not feel pressured or rushed into making any decision or purchase.

We found the assistant in the shop provided enough relevant information witbout being over the top

The colleague who helped me (Shaun) was very helpful and made sure that when I tested the pillows I tested them against a mattress comparable with my own. Informative about the product also. The store layout and quality of products was high, would definitely come back.

Jay was a big help in trying to understand our needs and pointing us in the right direction.
