We had not received our product yet so unable to comment any further but we were just happy with the help we received from Jay, who was friendly, helpful and not pushy.. l I do hope we are really happy with our purchase as we have spent a lot of money this time and on mattresses purchased previously that have not been as comfortable as tried in the shop.

We found on all three occasion we visited the store that all the staff were polite and friendly not pushy in anyway. On our first visit we met Shaun who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we left with alot to think about as we had not intended to make a purchase immediately then we met jay on our second visit again who was very professional which is why we returned on our third visit to purchase.
