Dreams - Gloucester

Really happy with the service I received. Visited the store twice once for selection and to browse what products were best for us and second to make a purchase (only had to come back due to money being available at a later date). Spoke with Alan who was extremely helpful, showed us a device to help decide the right mattress for us. He explained clearly the different options for the bed frame we wanted and any extras trust we may need, which was very convincing as we did buy extras. He was very welcoming and friendly and made it an easy experience for me and my partner. He had a brilliant product knowledge and very kindly explained all the charges and the delivery process. We had gone to a couple of other companies and they didn’t have a patch on the service we received which made us return. If this could get back to Alan personally I would really appreciate it as too many people are quick to complain as not enough compliment, which I understand working in retail. Thank you very much Alan and will definitely be returning if needed and recommending to others.

Shaun’s support in store was excellent. We also went next door to Bensons to compare costs and they couldn’t match the price despite the product we chose being covered by there 20% off sale and not in the Dreams sale. Also, standard of service at Bensons was much lower than Shaun’s.

Louise assisted us with our purchase of a new kingsize bed. She had very good product knowledge and was very helpful.

We went to look around with a new bed in mind. We only went to look and test really. We were free to walk around the store and try the beds out. It was quite busy so we went to look and came across a comfy bed. Whilst we tested we were approached by Shaun who offered us coffee and to be back if we had queries. We made a choice and asked for Shaun’s help with delivery and finance. A friendly store with a great knowledge base of products

After visiting another store before Dreams, I can advise my full satisfaction with he service; they understood my needs, put me on the 'Caroline Quentin' bed and then showed me options highlighted by that report; they were happy for me to try any bed any number of times and guided me accordingly within my price point. I went away to think about it and returned to find the mattress I wanted was further reduced; the 'take away of my old mattress' option was brilliant as was the van to room service (as I live on my own) Overall I was extremely pleased

I was greeted by a very pleasant member of staff who offered her assistance. Afterwards she recommended the sleep match which was interesting but brilliant! We came in with a mattress in mind as it was in the sale, but she helped us find a better one that was also in the sale.

Shaun was great and remembered me as I this was my second visit to the store. Very good Customer service. Pleasure to deal with!

Alan in the Gloucester Store was very helpful and made our experience easy and affordable.

Alan listened to our needs and concerns and didn't try to sell us the most expensive thing in the shop. Alan was friendly to us too.

As a single woman I have found on many occasions that I am not approached when I enter a store to buy a big purchase, (it would appear that in other stores you need to have a man by your side to be able to purchase something expensive) however this was not the case at Dreams. The assistant came across reasonably quickly and helped me buy a new mattress.
