Dreams - Gloucester

Shawn, the Dreams sales representative was extremely helpful, providing excellent knowledge on the products and allowing us the time to make our choice.

We walk through the door and within 30 we had try and paid for the bed

SHAUN, WHO DEALT WITH US WAS A CREDIT TO DREAMS. HE WAS WELCOMING AND POLITE WITHOUT BEING PUSHY.HE EXPLAINED THE COLOUR SYSTEM AND LEFT US TO IT. WHEN WE ASKED HIM FOR GUIDANCE HE, GOT US TO USE YOUR "DREAM MACHINE" AND IT RECOMMENDED A FEW MATTRESSES AND WE WERE HAPPY TO CHOSE ONE OF THEM.

shaun made us very welcome his knowledge of the mattresses was most helpful. we went on the bed that shows which is the best mattress for each of us, we were then shown different mattress"s shaun gave us booth a pillow to try out the mattress at our leisure.

We weren’t pounced on when entering shop the gentlemen just said if you need any help .Imformation about the different mattresses was highly visible.When we were ready to ask varies question Shaun (from the Gloucester branch) was very helpful and informative.We walked out the shop very happy with our choice .

Shaun was super helpful, not overly pushy like some can be and very knowledgeable and we've left very happy with our perfect new bed on the way 😊

All staff were fantastic store assistant Alan Gloucester was very good very helpful didn't feel pressured gave us time to look at other options, went in store 3 times to try various mattresses to decide which one was best for us

Overall I think Louise a dreams Gloucester was awesome! Very helpful! And she makes a lovely cuppa! Definitely one of the best customer services I've had in a long time!

Louise our sales assistant at Gloucester was bright, cheerful, professional and helpful. We were able to try out options as much as possible and understand fully what would work best for us. Very happy.
