The staff were friendly and efficient and helped us very well

I had popped into the store the day before to get some idea about mattresses for a child. Alan was extremely helpful and I said I would give it some thought. Anyway after reading such fantastic reviews from other customers I decided there was no need to go anywhere else . I returned to purchase the mattress recommended. My daughter came with me and Alan gave her lots of very useful advice as she also needs a new mattress. She lives in London but has said she will order via the Gloucester store as Alan should get the commission for all his help.

The service we received was excellent. We made use of the ‘bed’ to measure our best sleep positions, and , guided Shaun, tried a range of mattresses suggested. We were impressed at the the choice and Shaun’s excellent product knowledge. The store was busy, and although there were only 2 members of staff available, Shaun and his assistant remained friendly and professional throughout.

Customer service was great but store was under staffed. Staff did their very best to ensure a good experience but whole process from entering store to purchase could have been shorter. Approx 1.5 hrs

We found the salesman (Shaun) incredibly friendly, helpful and patient. We took a long time deciding which bed and mattress to choose and he was always available to answer questions or give information. We also popped next door to another furniture store and saw beds that we equally liked but were so satisfied with his service we chose to buy from Dreams partly for that reason.

Shaun was one of 2 members of staff on a Saturday. He gave us the time we needed, did not pressure anything and catered to our needs. We will no doubt be back to see him.

Good price got served quickly. Lady who served us was very pleasant and chatty. A quick efficient service much needed on a rainy day!
