Staff, particularly Louise who assisted me, could not have been more courteous or helpful. The body measuring machine was intrigueing and helpful in guiding choice. There was not too much nor too little choice. Offer of a coffee was thoughtful and appreciated. At no time did I feel pressurised to purchase. Having made my choice, Louise led me through the payment procedure in comfort at a desk, and explained about extended warranty/delivery etc.

Shaun welcomed us to the store but wasn't pushy. When we needed assistance he took his time to explain the options and allowed us to test the matresses. Ordering process was clear and our time slot was ideal for our decorating needs.

We originally was served by Alan at Gloucester store he was very friendly but not pushy ,went through our needs gave us lots of advice and offered different pillows to try as we went through the store trying the recommended beds giving full details of each type of bed we tried
