Staff polite keen to help and very happy

The store assistant was very helpful during my visit and even made me a cup of coffee and spent time to ensure that I bought the right mattress.

An overall very good experience. Very polite salesman. Didn't immediately leap to help when I arrived in store. Given plenty of time with no pressure to decide what I wanted. Delivery team very prompt, helpful and friendly

Good range of choices and knowledgeable staff

James, the member of staff that assisted us was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of useful recommendations and tips when making my decision. He did a great job of using my opinions and the technology to find the right bed for me!

On arrival at the store we were greeted politely by a young man called james, he was neither to pushy nor not attentive, it was a good mix of attention given and space to breath. We tried the mattress tester and went on to take the advice given, the bed and mattress and headboard were what we wanted. Well done Dreams

A really warm welcome from a genuine professional. Shaun was knowledgable and thorough, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his service.

The assistant who helped us was brilliant , he took time to explain all the various options ,nothing was to much trouble . All ways had decent service at dreams but Shaun was prepared to go the extra mile, a pleasure to meet him.

Louise was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the product without being pushy, there was a good range of products to try and the gadget to bed match you was also a helpful although a bit verbose. We were offered good advise plus a cuppa and pleasantly surprised that we didn't have to wait weeks for delivery, altogether a pleasant experience.

Assistant could not do enough to help. We even had a go on the mattress choosing machine (me and my husband, not me and the assistant to make that clear)! can’t think what he called it, felt silly but it was funny at the same time. We were offered a drink, and informed all details concerning care, guarantees etc for the bed. We choose the date for delivery , a day convenient to us. Would say more but going to be timed out soon!
