Staff were very helpful and knew the products and availability. I felt they were genuinely interested in my personal requirements. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was served by Jason and then Loise on the two visits made to the Gloucester shop. Jason was most helpful in helping me decide the two beds that I purchased on my first visit . When I returned two days later it was Louise who took me through the order. Both were knowledgeable, attentive and with good customer facing dispositions.

Much friendlier than other bed stores i visited. Didn't follow me around trying to make conversation, but were ready to help once I'd made my decision

James helped us purchase our first bed in our new home! He greeted us politely and made us aware if we had any questions to ask. James continued to make us feel welcome and answered every question thoroughly and in detail. All in all- a fantastic salesman! Super impressed.

Louise who assisted us was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She made us a cup of tea too while we made our decisions.

I was staying with friends in the area when I visited your store - and they suggested Dreams for my new mattress. We made two visits and met Alan on both occasions. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful and I was given plenty of time to try different mattresses. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly the delivery service could be arranged.
