Dreams - Gloucester

The sales person pretty much made the experience for us. I’m a salesman myself, so appreciate when there is no hard sell. We chatted naturally and the purchase of the bed was basically a byproduct of a friendly chat. He seemed more focussed on finding us the right bed and mattress than actually selling it to us, so we were immediately at ease with Alan. Will be back for sure

Alan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to understand our requirements and gave us time to talk to each other without pressurising us into a decision. He was courteous and dealt with our sale efficiently and politely.

Walked in, and was approached by Alan. He ascertained our requirements and pointed us in the right direction. This enabled to arrive promptly to arrive at a decision to order. Paper work completed quickly, and we left the store satisfied.

Shaun was very polite and did not pressure me in anyway he showed me the a variety of beds that would help me get a good night sleep.

I had planned to visit quite a few shops in search or a new bed and frame. Since having to have an ileostomy, I now have to sleep on my back, instead of my front, causing me to never be so comfortable. Having a hole through my abdominal muscle is also giving me lower back pain, as my back is having to take on the role of supporting my core more. This has resulted in quite a few sleepless, very uncomfortable nights. I'll be honest, I genuinely didn't have a great opinion of Dreams before visiting today, I don't know why, not for any particular reason. However, after sampling the quality of the products along with how much time and care I was given by Jordan, a very non-pushy and friendly salesman at the Gloucester branch, the perfect match for me was found. My parents will definitely visiting soon to purchase a Tempur Mattress (a little out of my budget unfortunately) soon. I'm delighted with what I have chosen with the help of Jordan and am really looking forward to the delivery. I don't think I'll get out of bed for a week!
