Shaun was incredible help full and helped us find the mattress that was right for both of us

We knew roughly what we were looking for but not the detail or how to judge accurately the best product to satisfy our need. Jordon (the store colleague) welcomed us and left us free to browse and to call him over if we needed help - which we did do. he explained everything clearly and took us to the relevant products in the store to judge for ourselves. We then went to the competitor shop next door! Jordon was totally fine with that. We returned! Jordon was busy when we entered the shop but another colleague welcome us and was aware we had been with Jordon previously and said that if we needed further help and Jordon was not available to contact any of the team. When we were discussing an issue why two mattresses had different prices although they appeared the same another colleague explained the difference and what it meant. Jordon then returned to us and we continued our deliberations eventually purchasing the product. Throughout the whole time the colleagues were helpful without being pushy and we never felt pressured into buying something. A very welcome and reassuring visit.

Information was very clear...no hard sell which really puts me off

We found Alan to be very helpful giving us lots of knowledgeable information about the products we were looking for and answered our questions. He spent time with us to make sure we were buying the correct mattress and using the Dreamsmatch machine to identify this.

Louise greeted us in store, offer of help, asked open questions , smiled, was informative and knowledgeable. Helped us make a decision on a mattress for our needs. Relaxed sale method again understanding my needs Gave us time to talk alone, up sold us new £200 pillows and bed base. Other staff were friendly and happy. I watched other customers being greeted the same way. Without no question a customer focused team and a credit to Dreams company. Well done to Louise. Also Shaun her manager. James in the Gloucester store was very friendly and approachable. He gave us information which was helpful and time to consider the products without being ‘pushy’. Your representative James (Gloucester Store) was brilliant, not pushy at all but was there to help us when needed. Was very knowledgable and in the end we came back to him after looking elsewhere purely because of his service.

Shaun was absolutely brilliant. He took time to understand my routine and sleeping as I work shifts. He was so knowledgable and I may have fallen in love with my new mattress (which was expensive) but felt wonderful. Thank you for making a difference to a crucial part of everyone’s day - sleep. I so recommend this store - it’s a shame other companies don’t take the time to understand their customers.
