Dreams - Gloucester

The store was very neat and tidy. The hot chocolate was very very nice (and came in a normal mug as opposed to a disposable cup which I appreciated for its environmental consideration). But mostly because I felt the assistant was the perfect balance between willing to help and offering to let me think in peace. He listened to my criteria, took it on board and offered suggestions. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into buying a more expensive bed just to make a sale which was what I was expecting (especially as their competitor is right next door - I thought their sales tactics would be more aggressive).

Louise at the glos store was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to what we needed and helped us with matching our needs to the right product. No pushy sales.

I was greeted on entering the store by Louise. I spent a short while looking at the beds before being asked if I needed any assistance. I explained what I was looking for and was shown the options available. The store was busy and Louise was great at multi tasking ensuring she saw to all customers in the store, excusing herself while she ran around to make sure everyone was OK, this did not interrupt my service. Louise had a great product knowledge and found my perfect mattress with the mattress finder machine. When it came to purchase Louise offered a drink before starting. Louise ran me through everything I needed to know and the different payment options available. Also offering pillows and mattress protectors. Louise was lovely and had great customer service! Very smiley and welcoming.
