Prompt and friendly service from James,very helpful but gave us plenty of time to look around with out intruding

Jordon served us in the peel centre, what a nice man and such a nice manner. He gave us the time we needed to decide and explained everything without being pushy in any way. His senior was also there and he was also lovely. We felt totally at ease and not pushed in any way. We felt confident that the mattress we bought was the correct one from us thanks to their expert advise.

Shaun was very knowledgeable and helpful at all times without making us feel pressured.

I was given the information I needed to identify a number of beds that might suit me and the opportunity to try each of them until I could make my choice. Both of the 2 assistants in the store were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable but left me to make my own decision. There were a good number of beds to choose from.
