The lady was very helpful and accommodating during my visit she offered refreshments and had a great knowledge of the products as well as the dreams promises.

Overall experience was good, salesman listened to our requirements and spent time with us with no pressure

The store was welcoming and it was amazing to see so many beds, all laid out and priced up. It was very useful to have our needs identified sleep match, which helped quite a bit in choosing a new mattress. The help from Jordon who served us made the purchase easier with his knowledge and assistance.

You sell the product I wished to purchase. The staff member was friendly , knowledgeable and helpful.

Good selection of beds and mattresses. Reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff who were attentive, but not suffocating.

I have always been a customer at Dreams for the last 30 years. I have never bought a bed or may anywhere else. I believe in total loyalty and I like to think that I have been a very loyal customer to Dreams. This year alone I have bought a bed and 3 mattress. I will continue to shop only in Dreams as I get excellent service and Shaun the manager was extremely informative and friendly and helpful.

The guys at the store where really kind and ready to help you despite the fact that there were enough customers at the time inside the store. They even offered me a drink without knowing if I was going to buy a product or not. The sales person who helped me choose the right product for me was really kind and explained everything to the point. Really satisfied.

James was very friendly yet gave us our space. He listened and noticed my hip/back condition and provided my husband time to support me when required.

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store but were able to browse without feeling hassled. When we were ready to ask questions , Shaun, was extremely courteous and very well informed . He was very smartly dressed and his manner was polite and interested neither trying to influence us into a sale or rushing us as we dithered between two choices. It was a pleasure to shop there because of him.

I was very impressed with the understanding from James about my physical condition and how he conducted himself allowing me to have a few extra minutes to get on and off of the beds
