James dealt with my purchase excellently, no pressure sales which is important to me, wa mindful of my budget and gave me the best advice and allowed me time to think about things did not rush me for a sale. He was excellent!

The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and made his presence known without being in our faces and pushy.

James was very helpful but wasn’t on our case, we arrived with the view of looking round Dreams and then likely Bensons for beds next door however James was able to do the sleep assessment then show us which were listed as compatible we were sold by the third as the second was perfect. He took all the faff out of it so in under thirty minutes we were all sorted which suits us exactly!! We were dreading having to lie on potentially 50 beds or so to try and make a decision! James definitely made all the difference!
