We were greeted and allowed to look around without hindrance, but given such a huge amount of help when we were ready. Our bed buying experience was leisurely, we took the opportunity to be measured and then were showed and tried the relevant beds - several times. We felt able to ask many questions almost in a dialogue, and were given all the facts we needed to know to help make up our minds. James in Gloucester gave us every consideration and time to think, he even took the trouble to write down our options when we knew we would not remember otherwise. We were even offered a cuppa. Dreams realise that buying a bed is an important decision and quite an investment so it needs to be right. The whole experience was spot on, and we left fully satisfied with how things went, obviously the proof of the pudding will be in the good nights sleep when it's delivered.

We just enjoyed the experience of getting a new bed and customer service from James was fab it was fun!
