it was all there to try, the bed-machine and all the beds that was matched to us so there was no need to try beds that was not going to be any good for us.we was given time to talk things over and we picked a mattress,payed and left in a good and happy mood.

Alan was exceptional in his customer service. I was educated on my specific needs in purchasing a mattress and left a happy customer with a newly acquired cloud.

Fantastic service from Louise in the Gloucester store. We only went in to browse and look at options and ended up purchasing a mattress! Loved the sleep mattress which helped narrowed down options and Louise guided us through them with great knowledge. Asset to your store

Louise has an extensive knowledge of all your mattresses and pillows. This together with The mattress selector machine (can’t remember the name of it) gave us confidence that our subjective assessment ensured we choose the right mattress for us.

Very happy with the service. Sorry can’t remember the name of the man that served us but I did notice it said branch manager on his tag. He was very busy. But made sure we were ok and happy the whole time. We ended up buying a tempur mattress to go with the tv bedstead I had purchased back In August. We have had massive problems with our extension work due to cowboy builders being terrible and taking 5 times as long as we were told to finish and we have ended up sacking them and trying to finish it ourselves with the help of friends and family! So I’ve had to put of the delivery of my bed for months. But I’m glad to say that our bed and mattress are coming on the same day next week. And I can’t wait. I feel I’ve waiting a lifetime! Salesman was very knowledgeable, and efficient at processing the order.

Shaun was very patient and relaxed. We didn't feel pushed into the sale. We tried the sleep match and it helped us find the mattress perfect for us. The order process and credit check took some time but that was our only issue. Shaun's knowledge of his products were brilliant, he knew exactly what we needed and showed us every option available.

Allan came over to us, we didn't have to go looking for assistance. He introduced himself and made us feel at ease. Allan was very knowledgeable, not pushy in any way and had time for us. Normally we would do the rounds of all the bed shops when looking for a new mattress but this was the first one of the day and because of Allan's knowledge and help it was the last. Highly Recommended
