I have a back problem and need some other input on how to resolve the problem

I was highly satisfied because I was directed to the bed survey machine to help with a choice of bed. The staff in the shop which could show me different beds that where suited to my sleeping style.

Louise took her time with me, ran through the sleep selector bed, and ran through my options of mattress. I found she had a great product knowledge, and I was able to purchase the mattress I wanted.

We were delighted with how we were helped by Louise in choosing just what we were hoping to find!! She was so patient and very knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and our free Coffee was delicious. Louise was so professional and we are very grateful for the excellent service provided in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere as the other member of staff was very courteous and pleasant when we chatted as we left the store.

Very helpful sales assistant. I wanted to have a single bed delivered in a few days time and this person made this happen.

The assistant James was very helpful, knowledgable and the right balance between pushy and leaving us alone. He was very useful in us being happy with our purchase
