James wasn’t pushy. He interacted with our 5 year old well. Offered us teas and coffee and had a good chat with him

I felt that louise was very friendly, helpful and approachable. I enjoyed the experience and very much appreciated the free pillows and take away coffee! I have shopped here many times before, always go into store and definitely recommend.

We walked into the shop and we were greeted immediately by the sales staff. We were very impressed with the machine that measured us and suggested the best mattresses for us. The salesman, James, had an amazing knowledge of the products and advised us very well. The whole experience was like nothing we had come across before and we were very pleased with our purchases.

Shaun was friendly on his approached to us said hello and asked if we were okay. He then asked us if he could help us and spoke with us about what we were looking for. Explained fully what the dreams technology was before taking us to it gave us plenty of time to test matteresses and evaluate each one. Did not come across as trying to sell us something but to inform us on each product we tried.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and looked after. Shaun was able to use his great product knowledge to assist us to finding the best product possible for our needs.

Our assistant Louise was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We where looking for a spare bed for our guest bedroom and she found us several bed within our price range. We ended up going for an display model as the discount offered was very competitive

I was asked if I needed help upon arrival from James. I was then kindly asked to use the bed device to help select the right mattress. After, James showed me all the mattresses along the whole price range, he was not pushy towards any specific branded mattress. James was professional and friendly, and I really enjoyed my visit. You can tell I enjoyed my visit as I can remember his name. Overall a helpful chap and a great experience.
