Dreams - Gloucester

We entered the store with an idea in mind for what mattress we were looking to buy, we were greeted by Alan who was so insightful when helping use chose which would be best for us, guiding us through the sleep match so that we fully understood what was on offer. He was not pushy in any way and genuinely just wanted us to leave happy! Alan was also fantastic when we were after a couple of extras (mattress cover & duvet) especially when we were after a memory form topper and he found just what we were looking for at a great price!

We were greeted by Alan who was busy so he got his colleague James to come to help us. James was very good, explaining everything to us, letting us try various mattresses according to our needs. Even producing a pillow.

Sales assistant James was helpful and knowledgable. Good choice, good service. one issue is that there is no dibbled parking outside the store, and the doors do not automatically open making it tricky for a wheelchair.

Our shop assistant, Shaun, was very persobable without being intrusive. He listened attentively to my husband's and my very differing needs when it comes to a mattress (we're very different in size). He suggested we use the newest technology mattress scanner thingy which was very interesting. Having explained the scanner's decision to us, he led us to several different mattresses to try, and even gave us pillows to take with us depending on our sleeping style (side sleeper/front sleeper). He took us to mattresses of differing price ranges, explaining the pros and cos of each type. He then left us to our own devices to discuss the mattresses we'd narrowed it down to, but only after offering us a coffee. My husband and I decided on our mattress and Shaun explained to us the delivery options and prices, before throwing in 2 free pillows. Despite having spent a lot of money, my husband and I both left the store smiling and can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered. Thank you Dreams and Shaun!

The excellent service

I was given very good assistance and the information I needed to select the right product for me.

With the help of the assistants I ended up with a good quality bed at a reasonable price. It wasn't the type I had first planned to buy but I changed my mind and I am well pleased with the ottoman bed I finally decided on.
