Dreams - Gloucester

Although we knew what we wanted, the dreams computerised mattress system confirmed this. We were shown several options and the sales assistant gave us lots of information which was helpful. As we have both working in a customer facing role in retail we were very impressed with the sales assistant and we treated with the utmost respect.

Jordan was very friendly and saw I was drinking a coffee and asked me if I wanted another. He got me another. He built up a good rapport with me. Thanks for the professional service especially as it was boxing Day and like most people would rather be at home.

The store was really well set up, with a wide range of products available to view and try out, which is always good when comparing mattresses. There was plenty of staff available to help if needed but they didn't annoy me or try to pressure me into making a purchase. Staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and overall, I just couldn't fault anything!

The dreams assistant, listened to both my husbands and I’s needs and then tailored what we needed to that, and made sure we were happy before we continued.

From the minute I entered the store I was made to feel welcome and my needs were paramount. The assistant was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was called Shaun.
