We used your mattress matching system which creates a little back log but it wasn’t a problem on the day. Our sales person Shaun was highly knowledgeable, professional and had a very good manner. Plenty of products to choose from and an excellent sale.

I was very happy with the service I received . I just wanted to order a bed I came across it on your website . I was asked if I wanted to see the bed because you had one in store. I was happy with the bed . So we ordered it .

At first I went to the store next door, which is bensons for beds, nobody approached me and I was in the store for almost 10 minutes. Customers that came in after me where approached before me, I was the only one shopping in store on my own. I then decided as they didn't want my custom, I would go to dreams, next door. I was approached by 1 member of staff who said hello, then by another who helped me find my mattress, with great ease, and helpfulness, with no pushiness. Just what a customer wants.
