He went through all the options, made sure I had the information I needed & then left me to make my own choices - bed comfort is a very personal thing. Im very happy with the choices I made and that was all down to Shauns help.

Everyone was friendly and very understanding to our requirements. Able to have a good look around after getting the results from the Dreams experience. An amazing machine. Took alot of stress and confusion out of choosing the right mattress for us.

We found the assistance we received from Louise exceptionally helpful. We really didn't know which mattress would be suitable she talked us through the different matresses available and suggested some she felt would be suitable but there was no pressure to purchase a higher priced matress she advised us it was what we found comfortable.

Very happy with the whole experience. Paid more than we first expected, but still felt like we were getting a deal.
