Your store colleague, James, gave me plenty of time to test various mattresses and was very informative regarding the different types of products available and their relative benefits. At no time did I feel under any pressure to make a purchase...........the mattress was so comfortable it ‘did the talking’!

Product available at great value in flash sale. Store manager assisted with the purchase making everything easy to understand. Delivery available when i requested it. Store was lovely.

On arrival we were met by James and he was very attentive, very polite and well mannered. He was not 'pushy', but judged it just right. Above all he was very friendly, and we always felt we were in good hands.

The store assistant was very polite and helpful and gave us some useful advice on choosing our mattress. We were dealt with in a very professional manner and everything was clear and precise. We were delighted with the whole experience.

The gentleman was very polite offered coffee. Explained the colour codes.Asked what I needed and put me on a special bed machine to work out the best mattresses to suit my needs then showed the ones that should be suitable for me .excellent service was not a pushy salesman and left me alone when I needed time to make my own dissisions

Louise was very friendly and knowledgeable but didn't push for a hard sale and left us alone for the right amount of time
