Sales assistant was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Showed us all the stock that was suitable for us. Also supplied us with excellent coffee.

We have bought from Dreams in the past and always visit the same shop, althought we have not visited for ?6years ,the manager instantly recognised us ,and gave us his personal attention.

We didnt expect to find a mattress so quickly, we thought that we would have a look around this store and then benson for beds which is right next door. But James gave us such good customer service that we found a mattress incredibly quickly and we are very happy with the product and the customer service we received!

I was looking for a bed for my spare room so didn’t want to pay too much but I was made to feel as though my order was just as important as if I was ordering something a lot more expensive
